What kinds of jewelry do you offer?
Our range includes rings, bracelets, necklaces, and personalized jewelry. Alongside pieces we make, we also offer selected jewelry from other makers and suppliers. For material and sourcing details about a particular piece, ask us before ordering.
What materials do you use?
We work with gold-filled and .925 sterling silver, among other materials across our designs. Materials vary by piece. We’ll help you confirm the details of the jewelry you choose. Gold-filled is not solid gold.
Can I personalize a piece?
Yes, ask us about name jewelry and the options for your design. We’ll confirm what’s possible, including spelling, size, material, price, and timing before production.
Can you make something while I visit?
Some personalized designs may be made in around 30 minutes at Pike Place Market, depending on the piece and availability. Please check with us on the day. Online custom orders have their own confirmed production and delivery times.
When will my order ship?
Your piece is ready to ship in 3–5 days. Shipping transit time is additional. Need faster production? Arrange rush production for an additional $15 before ordering: your order ships within 48 hours. Shipping transit time is additional.
Can I return my jewelry?
For pieces without custom names, request a return within 14 days of delivery. Buyers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Custom-name pieces cannot be returned for a change of mind. Read our returns policy or email trisonsseattle@gmail.com with a question.
